Fuego Tequila Grill is the inspiration of brothers Edward and Javier Schmitt. All recipes come from their grandmother’s inspiration of traditional Mexican cuisine from all over Mexico. It is the belief that quality merits value and that is why only certified Angus Arrachera meats, free-range chicken, hormone-free pork, and house-made chorizo, along with the freshest wild salmon and tiger prawns, are prepared at Fuego. We take great pride in all of our sauces and salsas and prepare them all from scratch.
To match our food, our bar, which boasts over 1200 bottles, 25 signature recipes and fresh fruit mixers, squeezed daily at the restaurant, was stocked with only the finest selections of tequila, vodka, rum, scotch, whiskey, pisco, cachasa, imported wines and finest champagne selection in Walnut Creek.
The restaurant offers 4 60” 4K HD screens and a 120” projector screen for viewing your favorite events, in our Miami-tropical designed facility. Hope to see you soon!
